5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Certain materials may be reproduced under licence from exam boards. Such materials remain the property of the respective exam boards and are used for educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee any specific educational outcomes or exam results from using the Service. The Service is intended as a supplementary educational tool and should not replace formal education.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLISTUDY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
